Great and welcoming staff made my Paris stay memorable. Allowed me early check in and found me a bigger Pom due to luggage and allowed me few notes later check out and were helpful through out. The breakfast was surprisingly great. Nathan is a star.

This was such a wonderful hotel. The bed was so comfy - the room could get so dark so sleeping in was quite easy. The staff was friendly and so helpful. One of the best hotels we’ve been to.

Our stay here was AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE!! The room was great, the staff SUPER hospitable, kind, friendly and just all around AWESOME!! Nathan was THE BEST!! Wonderful, fun, boutique hotel.
Fabulous, off the street and noise. Great buffet breakfast, great coffee drinks. Super friendly staff. Fun boutique atmosphere, as if it was written by a New York ad agency. Room was large enough with a king sized bed. Quiet area, grocery store across the street. Walkable to the Louvre.

This was our first time staying at CitizenM, it won’t be our last! From the time we walked in the doors ( we were 3 hours early) until the time we walked out, our stay was fabulous!
