The employees at the bar must be trained about how to talk to customers. They make stupid comments that doesn't help anything. Also, not having a thing at the bar while sipping a drink is just unbelievable. It should have at least had something like cheese, cracker, charcuterie, olives, maybe a basic sandwich etc. which wouldn't require any cooking.

I loved the hotel location and the staff especially the concierge and the front desk for me and my family were very friendly and accommodating thank you for a wonderful experience we traveled with our baby and we enjoyed our junior suite room it was perfect for a family . I would stay here again

We reserved a Junior Suite via Expedia. It was beautiful and exactly as presented on the website. The staff, particularly in the restaurant (Breakfast until 130PM) was very accommodating and friendly. The management also assisted me significantly in approving a date change because of a booking error that I didn't catch until after it had been confirmed on Expedia. The location is excellent. Access to restaurants and a metro stop is just a few footsteps away. I would definitely stay there again.
