Definitively a good stay
This was a very good hotel, centrally located along La Republique metro station. During the morning hours, Rue de Saint Martin and the Plaza Republique are both very quiet. The hotel is also very close to both Garde del Este and Garde du Nord, although I would not recommend walking to either station because the streets leading to the station are not as clean or well kept.

The property was convenient to for the metro as we were in Paris for the Olympics and had plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had not planned to eat out but due to complications with our original booking we had to change our plans

This hotel is a gem! God willing, I'll be back. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, which was a huge plus. The receptionists were all wonderful, but the one who assisted me during check-in and check-out was truly exceptional. The location is fantastic, with a metro station right outside the hotel and easy access to buses and metro lines. Plus, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel

I liked that it was an old style hotel yet in excellent shape. The "petit déjeuner" was great, the front desk staff were always in good mood and helpful. I especially was impressed that there was a Metro entrance just in front of the hotel and maps available at the front desk to guide you for the bus or the metro.

Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, to my twin daughters and I, even though we know very little French. Hotel is beautifully appointed and clean. We had a fabulous room with a balcony view that was to die for! Showers were hot with strong water pressure. A/C worked very well. Breakfast was good and easy. The day we left the hotel held our luggage for the day and made sure a reputable cab was there when we returned to take us to the airport. 10/10 stay. Would definitely stay again!

Nice small hotel. Very convenient with quick access to the subway. Free Breakfast consists of coffee, toast, yogurt, juice and boiled eggs. Next door you will find a nice coffee shop for pancakes and eggs. Also there is restaurant which serves great baby back ribs and steaks.

I would give this hotel, a seven out of 10. It’s really annoying how they have a system. Where you must be dependent on the other person, staying with you in the room to get into the room. Only one key per room. It’s super annoying. This hotel feels like nothing is changed in the last 60 years. It’s very dated. Positive hotel are the friendly staff to make an effort to speak English with you, and they do reasonably well at it. And also the location is quite good with more than six metro lines right next to it. The entrance to the metro is literally right in front of it. The other thing is that the Wi-Fi is really really bad on the upper floors. So I had to do some work, but I couldn’t because the Internet was so terrible. Overall, this hotel is less than ideal but I still give it a 7 out of 10 out of respect.

Literally 15 meters from the République Metro stop. Very convenient. We dropped off baggage early in the day and enjoyed sightseeing in Paris. The breakfast (extra cost) was excellent.

The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean, the bedroom was in good condition. The air-conditioning was great. The proximity to République underground was amazing as extremely convenient! Loved my stay here. Would return!
