A Wonderful Stay at Ibis Budget Paris - Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at the Ibis Budget in Paris and had a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. A special mention must go to **Catherine** and **Niouma**, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Catherine was incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Her local knowledge and helpful recommendations really enhanced my Paris experience. Niouma, with her infectious smile and friendly demeanor, made me feel at home every time I passed by the reception. It's clear that both Catherine and Niouma take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their guests. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Paris. The room was simple but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being a budget hotel, the level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Budget Paris. The staff, especially Catherine and Niouma, made my stay memorable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Paris. Merci beaucoup!

The hotel was really clean and rooms were cleaned every day and towels refreshed. The staff were helpful when we had a problem with our room and it was resolved straight away. The locations is pretty poor as not much around and we struggled to get a taxi but the metro is about 15 mins walk away.

Had an amazing stay with super customer relationship even without me speaking french. my special regard to the man that made me enjoy every minutes of my stay in the person of Mr Abdel .the reception Manager He was so helpful and was there for me at all times. The room was filthy and extremely tight. So tight you could not open a case on the floor. When telling the receptionist that it was dirty they said they could do nothing about it and when we said we would leave the hotel as we did not feel safe they said they were not refunding it and it was not their problem. We have stayed in Ibis hotel abroad and this is by far the WORST.

Lovely stay but the hotel is very basic no facilities in the rooms for tea coffee etc. the restaurant doesn’t open at weekends and there is no where else within walking distance to eat so not the greatest location. Staff were very nice and helpful but you need to ensure you have plenty of change or a card for the vending machines

It’s room is very compacted, only 1 chair and it doesn’t even have a phone in the room. The elevator makes quite bit noise every time use it.
