Very limited shuttle, no shuttle to airport
The hotel is good and breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately the information from Expedia was misleading, it said the shuttle buses would be out as late as 10:30 pm, that wasn’t the case, we arrived at the airport at 10:10 pm and called the hotel to be told the last bus was at 10 pm. No luck in returning to the airport either as the last bus leaves at 9 am, only to one terminal. It’s a good hotel, just don’t consider it to have free shuttle as announced.

The room obviously needed renovation. It's overdue for remodelling. The refrigerator wasn't cooling, and it required a full 24 hours to replace it. Bottled water is scarce but available at the vending machines. They have a really good lounge, but the restaurants were closed.

This hotel stay could’ve been amazing if they weren’t short staffed and employing reps who don’t seem to care. I’m being generous with my stars. I’ll start positive: 1. The check-in people were friendly. 2. The rooms were mostly clean. 3. The facility itself is nice. Major complaints: 1. Be wary of the “free shuttle.” We were left stranded at the airport by the “shuttle” that never showed for nearly 2 hours. Meanwhile, hotels in the exact same radius sent shuttles to actually pick up their people multiple times during our wait. We called the hotel multiple times to tell them we were there and confirm they were coming - but the driver never showed. We gave up and booked Uber. 2. Poor front desk service. They only gave a tiny roll of tissue, so we asked them to restock our room with it. They said they would. Hours passed, and we called again. They said they would. More hours passed. Long story short - they never delivered. Just save us the time and say “Sorry, we’re incompetent, we won’t be delivering anything.” Don’t keep lying and wasting time. 3. The restaurant closes at 5pm. After dealing with poor service, we decided not to take a chance on the food. This was a good choice, since the restaurant was closed when we were ready to eat anyway. 5pm? Stay at your own risk. If you go anyway: book an Uber, bring your own tissue, and don’t rely on the front desk for help. They need to reorganize management at this hotel and hire competent staff.

I would never stay here again. It looks so nice from the lobby, but then you go up to your room and its disgusting. The bed was dirty, the room had leftover articles from past guests (like their dirty socks), the bathtub wasn't clean and the water sprayed everywhere. The floor was ripped and torn, the bedskirts were stained and torn. The bed was uncomfortable. And the room was so noisy. It sounded like elephants were throwing a party above my head and you could hear the music from the lobby bar downstairs. The aircon didn't work so the room was stuffy, you couldn't open the windows for risk of someone coming in your room! the corridor to the room was full of filthy carpeting, cracked or broken furniture, and the ceiling had brown water stains all over it. I definitely wouldn't rate this a 4-star hotel. Plus, I tried to arrange for a shuttle by messaging the hotel and also calling them, and they said they had no shuttle so we had to figure out how to take the bus there. and then when we check-in they show a shuttle schedule and say, of course we have a shuttle. Overall terrible experience.

I didn't like the fact that I have to pay for parking while the parking is in the property and is expensive €20 per day. The parking has to be free for customers.
