Pro: The front staff was great ! The shuttle driver , forgot his name , but he had glasses and black hair. Super nice and prompt on picking me up at Disney Paris ! Convenient location. Safe. Clean. The spa was a nice bonus. Con: the room was not lite very well. There was some mold in shower . The faucet on sink leaked when opened even gently. Unfortunately, I had to check out a day early and it was non refundable . I asked if instead on one of the days I was there if I can get breakfast since I lost $160. They did not budge, and Expedia tried as well. The spa was great however shower sandals to use inside pool area would of been nice instead of wearing fabric slippers and getting them wet and gross.

Nice hotel a 25 min walk or 2 min train to Disneyland. Spa was nice. Bar and food options were great. Only complaint (no different than any other euro hotel) is the shower!! Only a partial glass window which led to lots of water on the floor. I’m used to it now but just wish hotels would figure this one out… otherwise would 100% stay again!

Great location to stay. Easy shuttle ride to Disney. Train station a short walk to visit the site in Paris. The room we were in had a kitchenette with everything you need to make meals. The restaurant has excellent food. Bar area has live entertainment and reasonable drinks and food as well. The morning breakfast is awesome with so many selections there is no way anyone could not find something they enjoy.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s a great position for visiting Disney or days in Paris city centre. Easy access to the train. Shuttle bus to the Disney parks. Close to supermarkets and a huge shopping centre which includes a designer outlet mall too. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. The spa is a great add on too.
