Had a great stay, staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel is great during the week but on Saturday the pool and spa were way to busy to use but during the week they were amazing. Only one lift was working most of the time and other lift was taking so long we used the stairs. Overall a great stay.

Staying at this property was frustrating to say the least. There is so much potential for the hotel to be wonderful but so many areas not up to scratch. We booked in for a 4 night stay with a view to spending one day in Paris and two days in Disneyland. Firstly the location of this hotel is fantastic for visiting different places. Its really close to the metro station and very near a shopping outlet (same chain as Bicester Village for UK visitors). The hotel also provides a fantastic complimentary shuttle service to Disneyland with a really quick turnaround at all hours until midnight which is really convenient. The hotel itself is quite dated. The main restaurant where breakfast is served and the spa and pool is lovely and clean compared to most hotel pools. The rooms need a lot of work though they have a lot of conveniences for families such as dishwasher, fridge, hob etc. Breakfast is seriously dissapointing. The choices ŵere not up to scratch but wanting to eat a proper meal in the morning before setting off to Disneyland left us with few options. The childrens breakfast is not too bad for €13 but the adults charge of €26 is totally not worth it. The hot buffet is cold and unpallateable. The pastries and cakes were fine but not worth €26. Worst of all is the lift situation. We spent most of our time in the hotel waiting for a lift. Customer Service seriously lacking. So much room for improvement but with some work this hotel could be lovely.

We recently stayed at Relais Spa Val d’Europe for a two-day getaway, and our experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel warmly welcomed. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. Their service was truly top class – every request we made was promptly accommodated with efficiency and professionalism. The hotel itself is well-maintained, providing a relaxing ambiance throughout. The proximity to Disneyland Paris is a huge plus, and the hotel shuttle made traveling to the park extremely convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, contributing to a very restful stay. Overall, we highly recommend Relais Spa Val d’Europe to friends and family. It’s an ideal location for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, excellent service, and convenience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great rooms, beds in particular were massive and comfy. Lifts weren't great, one not working out of two so we took stairs occasionally. Location is great, lots of local stations and right by the train station for Disney. Also had a free shuttle service back and forth to Disney till Midnight which we were not aware of when we booked

The room door cannot be locked automatically when it closes. Disappointed that the security matters. The room keys didn’t work twice to open the door, which made the visitors worry.

Lovely hotel in perfect location. We travelled with 2 children and the junior suite was brilliant- spacious and it was great not having to share a room with the children. The staff went above and beyond to bring a forgotten bag on to our Disney hotel and this was very much appreciated- it had my son’s comforter and toys in so it was precious cargo! Thank you for a lovely stay- we will be back!

We were staying as a family to go to Disney. On arrival I was told parking €15 a night which I wasn’t made aware of at time of booking or when I called to check parking was available. Also hit with city tax which is fine but on check in I had to pay €70 in total which annoyed me. Then told breakfast wasn’t included and this was €26 per adult and €13 per child so €78 x 2 days - €156…no thanks! We were on our way back from Italy, a 3 week holiday and a 10 hour drive. Kids were tired and one was sick. Checked into room at 15.30 and sofa bed wasn’t made so I called reception and they said yes the sofa beds don’t get made until 18.00! I found this very strange and explained after a 10 hour drive I expected to walk into my room and find it made up, so the kids can sleep if they want etc, so someone had to come and make the bed up. Restaurant was poor….we booked and found ourselves the only customers except for another family. Very limited choices, kids ordered off the kids menu. Daughter ordered chicken nuggets and got fish and chips, some ordered cheese burger but without the cheese, came with the cheese so waiter took it away - it reappeared 2 mins later with the cheese scraped off 😅 it was poor, and there were no other customers, so unacceptable really. Meal cost us over €100. Hotel itself was nice but basic errors costs it and bring it down. Pool is nice, kids only allowed for limited hours which again is silly as most people are there for Disney.

Great place! Everyone was very attentive and respectful, perfectly located, 10 minutes walk from shopping areas and 7 minutes drive to Disneyland! Rooms were very comfortable and quiet, we travelled with kids and they were very comfortable too. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!!

Amazing service. The hotel is beautiful and gorgeous. The spa is gorgeous. Excellent service by the front desk staff and concierge. Easy transportation to Disney and to Paris.

The need to to improve in the service the air condition. Issue I understand saving in the electric but the idea of recaption controlling the cooling of your room is sally I called maybe three times and my room was so hot asking the receptionist to change the temperature of the room and he said of but nothing happen . The idea of some else control the temperature of your room is really not acceptable!! Other wise every thing went well

Fantastic hotel for adults wanting a trip to Disneyland. The hotel was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly. The shuttle bus in the evening was the least stressful experience I’ve had at Disney.

Loved staying at this place . The junior suit was more than adequate for me & 3 kids. With the second bed being sofa bed & very comfortable. The staff was very helpful . We used the pool area & was very clean . Such a lovely clean hotel. Downside is breakfast is expensive . We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night & it was very delicious.

This is a great hotel to stay in if you are visiting Disneyland. The suite we stayed in was clean and having a kitchenette was great. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool. Me and my daughters wore full length swimming suits and were asked to leave the pool by the spa staff and hotel manager. Apparently on their website it says you cant use the pool if you wear long sleeve and leg swimsuits. It was my son and daughters first time experiencing discrimination and they were devastated and upset. We were using the pool in family time and it was mixed with men women and children there and no one objected. It made us feel very excluded and a bit homesick as in the UK, a persons preference of swimwear is respected. Anyway I guess each country is different and we followed the hotels policy and did not use their pool again. Other than that our hotel stay was comfortable. The reception staff were polite and helpful during our stay and the shuttle bus to disney and back was really useful to have. The hotel is clean throughout and the location is good. I wont personally return to this hotel, but for other families it is still a good hotel to stay at.
