Nice property close to the airport. We stayed here to be ready for our departure. It is far from the city but there are plenty of taxis to take you to tourist attractions.

There was a nasty odor in the hallways and in our room, which was unbearable. We were there for a night so we didn’t make a fuss. For a reputable chain this was unacceptable. And this hotel didn’t have a free shuttle service to the airport, something I took for granted living in the US and so I didn’t check. The A/C worked which was a plus and is a problem in hotels across Europe. So travelling in summer months this is a must have.

Great hotel. Really hard to get to unless you have a car. All spa amenities are extra and expensive. The third night they didnt even make our room. The reception team otherwise was super nice, friendly, helpful and with great English

We had a nice stay. There were a few issues with the suite. There was a nice kitchenette in the suite but no pots and pans to make food or prep knife to cut food. The master bedroom AC was not working. The faucet in one of the bathrooms were loose.

Constant state.of repair, phone wake up didnt ring, meals so so. Sauna broke. Pool closes for 3 hours....extra.25.euro to use broken sauna and pool. Lounge chairs filthy. Trash broken something everywhere dirty pillows. Pool was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good luck.

Too bad. Refrigerator was broken down. Bath water did not work. Engineer said the next day would be refined, but it has not been repaired. The card to enter into the room did not work. The receptionist saud 25 euro by person for shattle to the airport, but another receptionist said 25euro by room. Baggage stand was broken.

Très déçu, manque de communication de l'hotel, j'ai découvert que l'espace aquatique qui était inclus dans le prix de la chambre ne l'est plus, aucune info envoyée par mail préalable concernant ce changement de prestation. En arrivant le soir et rendant la chambre le lendemain a 11h, payer 25 euros par personne pour profiter de l'espace aquatique est inadmissible. Sinon, l'hotel par lui meme est tres bien.
