This cozy two-bedroom condo located in the Black Bear Lodge is the ideal destination for your next ski trip or summer getaway. Boasting newly renovated kitchen and living room, luxurious modern furnishings, and grand stone fireplace, you are sure to be transported to a mountain paradise. Two bedrooms comfortably sleeps six, with en suite bathrooms. Gone are the yellow log walls!

In the winter months, you will find easy access to the legendary Silver Lake Village, while the Sterling Lift will take you up to the top of Bald Mountain. In any season, take a dip in the lodge’s pool or hot tub. In summer hike or ride 400 miles of trails out your door. Silver Lake Village and slopes and trails are a short four minute walk.

One reserved underground and heated parking space is included with this property.

Fantastic experience

Unit was clean and plenty of room for a fam of four. Kitchen well equipped and beds were comfy! Location can’t be beat and the free shuttle offered by the building was such a great perk. We would def stay here again.

Deer Valley Ski Weekend 2025

We couldn’t have had a better say and time at Black Bear Lodge. Our host Zach was proactive and communicated everything we needed to know to ensure we were set up for success a few days before check-in. The property was just was as described and extremely convenient for us to walk over to Silver Lake Lodge and start our day on the slopes. Would happily come back again

Deer Crest @ Deer Valley Ski Resort

Modern and comfortable living spaces, excellent location and a terrific host keep us coming back to Deer Crest in Black Bear Lodge at Deer Valley. And the snow was excellent too !

Perfect spot in Deer Valley

The condo was lovely, it was newly renovated and the amenities and decor were excellent! It was a great location and easy to walk up to the slopes and the added bonus was the free shuttle offered to take us to other parts of the mountain or downtown. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful with several details and early check in and my family loved it - we had plenty of space for all of us. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Lovely apartment walking distance to the silver lake lodge lifts

Lovely apartment in a convenient location just a short walk to the silver lake lodge lifts. The apartment is very clean and well stocked. Steve is super accommodating with early check-in if possible. This is the second time we stayed in this apartment and we highly recommend it.

New year’s ski trip

Beautiful condo. Very nice luxurious touches. The condo comes as advertised. Walk to Silver Lake base in 5 minutes. Complimentary ski check at the base. Condo has several amenities including coffee in the kitchen, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Some other kitchen essentials were useful. Hot tub and heated pool are near by. Very nice robes are available in the condo. Owner was responsive to questions about thermostat which was working well I just needed a tutorial. Assigned Heated parking in the basement garage was convenient. Plenty of room for my family of 5. We will return when visiting Deer Valley Resort again.

The stay was incredible. Steve could not have been more helpful and greater to work with. The condo was very clean and mostly updated, the bathrooms are a bit dated but very well maintained. I look forward to booking with Steve year after year! I give this stay an A+ rating!

Great Condo

The condo itself was great. Clean and well stocked. Nice fireplace. Spacious rooms. It should be noted there is construction of a new fire station happening in front of the condo, but it didn't bother us since we were skiing all day. Black Bear itself needs some upkeep. The elevator on our end only worked about 10% of our stay. The center elevator never worked. Leaving with our luggage the last day, we had to use the elevator at the other end (you have to take a couple sets of steps to get to it). But using that one every day isn't practical because it's going away from Silver Lake. Also, the communal hot tub only worked the first day, and then was out of service for some reason.

Great condo at an Amazing price

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check in was easy with the lock Box, parking was great and the condo is beautiful and comfortable with a lovely view of the woods and the tip of the mountain to the left. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments and spices, so I suggest you take a look and see what’s available before you go shopping. The condo is a very short walk to the mid mountain lifts and deer Valley being Deer Valley there is free ski valet right at the lift so there’s no reason to store your skis and poles in the condo at all. All the shopping you need is eight minutes down the road in Park city so I do recommend that you bring a car. I really can’t say enough great things about this place especially for the price. Condos with the same view. On the same floor all around us were going for double. I highly recommend.

superb vacation in deer valley

We had a great vacation at Deer Valley. The condo was spacious with updated kitchen appliances and very convenient to the ski slopes. Steve was very responsive and accommodating. All around it was a great stay as we were so fortunate to arrive just after a snow storm, so conditions were superb.

Deer valley

This property is directly across from stein Erickson lodge. We stayed for a wedding there and just had 150 ft to walk outdoors. It is very convenient for skiing from the sterling express The view is obstructed but all you have to do is walk outside to see the beauty. There is everything you could want: coffee, sugar, cereal, tea, etc It is we’ll appointed and very comfortable

Perfection!

My family of 5 had a great stay here. The condo is in a perfect location - quiet, but within a quick walk to the slopes, and came well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds and linens were more comfortable than an average rental. Overall, an amazing stay! We will be back!
