We had two 2-bedroom units for two families. We were 2 floors apart, but we called early and said it was ok, which it was. Since it is only one building, we were just fine. The place and grounds were beautiful, and there was secured underground parking for guests only. The pool was rather small, but nice, and the kids enjoyed it. We had a beautiful view of the mountain and a golf course.
The two units however were quite different. I stayed on the third floor unit, which was nicely decorated and well maintained. It had been updated recently and it had AC, which was nice in July. The front of both units faced towards the mountain, and it was quiet and lovely. The back of the units were a bit noisy if you opened the windows since they faced the major road through Park City. The unit on the 1st floor was clean and comfortable, but the furnishings were dated and a bit worn. The TV in the main room was off to the side, and a bit hard to see on one side of the room. This unit also lacked a TV in the smaller bedroom. There was no AC, but some fans were available to keep the air moving. The temperature was not bad in this unit, but in the late afternoon, they had to open the back windows to let some cooler air in.
The units are privately owned, and it is clearly reflected in the maintenance and differences in the two units.
