The master bedroom also has a two-person jacuzzi bathtub. Two additional queen sofa-sleepers in the living areas provide comfortable accommodations for up to 8-guests. Westgate President’s Day weekend
We’ve stayed at the Westgate on two or three previous ski trips. It is an excellent resort with restaurants, a shuttle service, many amenities, and perhaps most importantly, easy access to the ski slopes. The Ski valet is an awesome bonus. This unit was clean and fairly well stocked. If I had to point out any negatives, I would recommend that the host provide more coffee. A very limited portion of ground coffee was provided (only enough for 1 1/2 pots…not enough for a 4-day stay). But fortunately, the market in the hotel is great so we were able to purchase some there. I would definitely recommend the Westgate and this unit.

Property was as described. Staff at the resort was incredibly helpful and pleasant. For skiers…using the ski valet was exceptionally handy. And we used the car valet service (free service) multiple times. Each of those services only requires a quick text, and each time met with speedy response. Room was clean and tidy. Beds and linens were top notch. Full kitchen for as much cooking as you want to do. Would rent again for the conveniences.

We stayed here for a week with our two middle school kids. The condo was clean and comfortable. Full kitchen allowed for eating dinner in. We were able to order groceries for delivery through Instacart. Free ski valet was amazing. Our skis were ready for us at gondola and we could drop them off after coming down the mountain. Kids enjoyed the game room, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and ping pong table. Canyons offers a few eateries, ice cream/coffee shop and candy store in addition to ski rental in our resort building. Resort has free shuttle to take you to Park City to ski or explore the downtown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed having access to ski Canyons and easily get over to Park City. The condo manager was very responsive and went above and beyond. We would definitely go back in the future.

Great for a party of 8!
We rented this 2 bedroom condo for 8 people. There was plenty of room for us and we had plenty of bed linens and towels. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. The owner even provided coffee and hot chocolate for our use. The resort staff is very friendly! I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for something close to the mountain and need space for a big party.

Beautiful condo/poor communication with management company
Condo is beautiful and clean. Perfect location. Nothing negative to stay about the condo experience at all! Loved it! Totally stocked with plenty of towels, pillows and linens. Nice extras like coffee, hot chocolate, tea, sugars, shampoo/conditioner and soap, as well as a nice book of suggested activities in the area. Westgate staff are lovely. The ski on/off the mountain is amazing! Had to hunt down management company for check in information. If I didn’t email and request it the night before, not sure I would have gotten the info. Called/texted/emailed during stay with no return communication. Although the condo was amazing, would most likely not consider staying again due to this company being unreachable. We were asking if late check out was available and would have been totally fine and respected a quick response of no. Messaged literally all week. Since it is a privately owned condo, Westgate staff are unable to help. It just caused undue stress during our stay. No guest wants to have to worry about communication during what is supposed to be a relaxing getaway. It seems as though other reviews suggest this is a common occurrence.

Great property
Our family had a great time at this property. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. The unit was nicely stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. We had a great view of courtyard/interior, which had a bunch of trees with Christmas lights (Feb). The building is a little tricky to get around, but after a day we had it figured out. I would certainly stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable
Probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in. More comfortable than my own bed. The place is up to date and was very clean. Everything worked and had everything we needed and wanted. The only possible negative could be that the pools are only 3.5 feet deep. But I have younger kids, so we liked that. It didn't bother our 13 and 15 year old either. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will stay here again.

Overall a very good property and enjoyable
Room a little smaller than we wanted but we could make that work. I rented 3 rooms - 2 1 bedroom and 1 2 bedroom. The 1 bedroom my wife and I stayed was nice but the first morning the toilet overflowed - water pouring on the floor. I was able to unclog the toilet and the toilet continued to operate correctly the remainder of my stay. The water poured out of the toilet on the bathroom floor. I got with the housekeeper on the floor and he said he would take care of - he didn't. I called the front desk - nothing happened. I contacted the front desk again - nothing happened. I went to housekeeping on the floor and we had a communictaton issue - I speaking English the young lady speaking Spanish. I was able to resolve by getting additional towels from the cart and using the Pine-Al cleaner (this was NOT a disinfectant though) I sprayed the floor in the bathroom and kitchen and wiped up with towels. I ONLY WANTED THEM TO COME TO CLEAN THE BATHROOM FLOORS AND REPLACE the towels. I found out this is privately owned - that does NOT matter to me as long as there is a front desk that should be designed to centralize and handle with the appropriate person.
