A nice hotel conveniently located to the train station and a short (10-15 minute) walk to the heart of the city. Hotel in great shape with spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms (three key factors that I look for in hotel). Definitely recommend!

We chose this because it was right next to the train station. That way we were able to just dump our bags and then go and explore Parma. The next day we did a really great tour for cheese, ham and vinegar in the area. They allow us to keep our bags there all day, which is so helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Convenient to the train station
Reasonably good rooms, although tiny. Large bathroom, but without window and without vent. Overall, very poorly designed: really awful shower, terrible sink (hardly room for the hands under the faucet). Nice people at the reception: the room was ready two hours before check-in. Excellent breakfast buffet. Location convenient to train station but a bit remote to the city center (5 minute walk to restaurants).

There was no way to exit the train station and walk to the hotel because of construction. It was very difficult and inconvenient to reach the hotel. The air conditioner did not work that well.

Right next time the train station but quiet. There is a ten minute walk to the main area. A 15 min walk to the grocery stores (conad Lidl and laundry mat). The air conditioning is weak.

Excellent, with a few constructive complaints for management: Bathroom door hinge makes unexpected loud noise in order to fully push it shut (a problem only at night and if staying with 2 or more guests) and breakfast room cleanup staff makes extremely loud clanking noises with dishes.

Everything is good about the hotel except the people you see near the hotel are not Italians, they are migrants, and the vibe is unpleasant. If you only want to see Italians stay in the historic center.

Very good
The room was clean, modern and we had a balcony that we open it during the night for fresh air. In Italy they don’t have the air on all the times, specially winter and spring and the room can get stuffy. Luckily we could open the door from the balcony. Nice bathroom too. The area is okay, but very convenient if you arrive by train.

Directly behind Parma station very convienient for traveling. The staff was great and the rooms clean & super comfy. The hotel is stylish & offers a small bar/restaurant as well as a morning breakfast buffet. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if the historical district was right out the door, but it was only a short walk once we traveled in the right direction.
