We have stayed here quite a few times. We can count on it being quiet which means a lot to us because we have stayed at other hotels with event facilities and noisy party guests. The desk staff are always friendly and helpful.

The 1 bedroom suite with living room was very comfortable. It was nice to have a door to the bedroom so that sleeping can stay quiet throughout the night. The sofa bed in the living room could use some update. But overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Rooms were really clean, staffs were nice, and they don’t the parking fees that I saw in previous comments anymore. Great for travelling. Only downside as a light sleeper is that I got woken up by one very loud plane during the night as it is located next to a small airport.

We only stayed one night, but the room and hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had a lovely stay!

The room was decent. Bathroom seemed a bit grimy but I couldn’t tell if it was just rustiness. It doesn’t say it here (just says available) but they WILL charge for parking without saying anything or asking if you actually have a car.

Both front desk ladies working the evening shifts need a refresher on customer service. No sense of making anyone feel welcomed, a constant unnecessary tone, acting like they hate their job, etc…do everyone a favor and go get a remote job so you don’t have to interact with anyone in person, PLEASE. Hallways were so hot! Felt like I was in an oven. Room was FILTHY. Weird dark red stains on the walls…looked like some kind of jelly maybe?? Bathroom was disgusting. Shower had guck all over. Sink nasty… Room was BAKING HOT when we got there and took over 3 hours to cool down!
