Detached holiday home in the garden

The one-storey holiday home is located in the small, absolutely quiet district of Naklua, a little away from the city center of Pattaya. to the beach it is approx. 800 m air line. The detached house, built in 2003, has a living area of 82 m2 and is located on a plot of 800 m2.
The house has 2 bedrooms. The large bedroom with air conditioning and fan (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m), the smaller room with fan, (bed 1.30 x 2.00 m)
There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, sink and toilet.
The living room is 26 m2 and has a dining table, air conditioning and fan, cable TV, two armchairs and a sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sink and fridge with freezer.
Washing machine, ironing board and iron are available and of course WILAN.

The holiday home also includes a large, very well-kept garden, a 36 m2 Thai garden house with appropriate furniture, a private pool. a fish pond, palm trees and fruit trees (mango, papay, jackfruit, bananas and coconut trees) as well as many different orchids bloom in all seasons
There are three parking spaces at the house.

All important shops like supermarket, Thai market, bank and some restaurants can be found within 1000 m.
The excellent Bankok - Pattaya Hospital is only 1.2 km away.

It is 500 m to Naklua Rd. There the 10 Bath taxis run around the clock in both directions. For 25 cent p / P you can reach all parts of Pattaya 's beach as well as a large number of best restaurants and all large shopping centers.
The location is also ideal for golfers, within a radius of 40 km there are more than 25 of the most beautiful golf courses in Thailand
