Location was good and the staff were great. However it’s the first hotel I have ever stayed where there wasn’t any coffee or tea in the room. There was also mold on the ceiling in the room
We loved staying at this hotel. We couldn't believe it was only 3 stars as it feels like a 4 star. The gentlemen at the main door were so nice and helpful and always had a smile. The room was very tastefully decorated and was a good size. We used the pool and gym every day and they were immaculate. There's lots of eateries, bars and massages around . We had a great time there and will return 😀

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your establishment. The reception staff were extremely rude, attempted to withhold our deposit, and demanded additional money without justification.
One of the receptionists, who was wearing a mask, was particularly unprofessional. I strongly recommend that the management retrains the reception staff and monitors their behavior closely to ensure better service in the future.
Such conduct is detrimental to your business's reputation, and I hope this matter is addressed promptly.
