Nice and awesome staff
From check in to check out I love this hotel even though it’s in the slum and just away from everything. Location location is everything and this place has it all the reviews before are so wrong the hotel staff is so nice a friendly breakfast served at the hotel not at another hotel. Yes very heavy traffic of Indians here which is the only problem I’m not being racist but they are very rude people but all in all the price you pay here is so worth it. Can’t remember the front desk girls name but she was the highlight of our stay there always able to help whenever thank you for an awesome stay.

Nothing really..But it did have clean, modern rooms, 20min. walk to Soi 6 30min. walk to walking Street, ( motor bike 5min. to Soi 6.) (10-12 mins. Walking street)...Staff was very nice the ones who spoke english....

Great place, but very unfriendly manager.
Everything was nice and comfortable. All the staff were great except for the manager. I did not see a name tag. An Indian gentleman wearing a suit behind the counter. Very rude and unpleasant. Not friendly at all. I will not be going back because of him. It’s a shame because everything was good.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in so many different hotels, but this one my clothes were stolen. I lost my Sandro t shirt after cleaner cleaned my room the second day we were there. My Sandro shirt was worth £100.I talked to respectionist about what happend when I realised my shirt was missing from my room. They try to help me to find it but didn’t recover it. The manager told me just to report them in police station. At the police station, the police officer told me that once I checked out it will be difficult for police to deal with the hotel. And they they had many complaints from tourists about thief at this hotel, and that the hotel didn’t take it seriously. The suggestion from polices that is once I found my shirt was missing in hotel, I should go to police station and report it straight away, as otherwise hotel just try to aovide problem, because after guest check out, police can not do anything. The true experiences in this hotel is that the cleaner or some other staff member is stealing items from guests and the manager is really bad leaving me until 2days after I checked out tell me go to police station. Btw cleaners press the bell at half 8 in the morning time for asking to Clean room cleaning, and I even found a empty wallet from a previous guest in the wardrobe of my hotel room.

Was ok comparing price, service wasn’t the best but was good enough and helpful as much as they could, housekeeper forgot cleaning my room but not a big deal for me since she gave me new towels. Location was pretty okay and had parking for car. Just the parking was hard to find at first. And bikes keep parking in the car parking so was annoying a bit. Over all was nice shower nice room and nice hotel for that price, some guest were loud and some noisy clubs around specially since was new year was loud a bit but other days was fine.
