Very rundown hotel, needs everythung replaced, the pictures are not what is provided! Door handle fell off, floor tiles in halls loose and sliding. Swimming pool wrong color water. Left after 1 night to new hotel.

The hotels is mainly for the Indian population, the standard of the cleaning service is shoddy, the bathroom mirror was not cleaned the whole of the 5 night stay, the balcony was full of pigeons poo, , i would definitely not recommend this hotel to any of my friends . As for Pattaya great place for a holiday.

Amazingly amazing.

It is an excellent location. They had delicous breakfast. Asian and continental available.Staff were beyond amazing. Hotel has lunch and dinner available, 200 Thai bath (Thai currency) pp. Hotel has travel agent and taxi desk.

Uncooprative staff

I always stayed at this hotel. But this time there was a great mess and staff was rude and uncooprative. This time they impose so many huge panalties & fine.

Good value for the price

OK place to stay. Not the best but not bad. biggest issue is the bed is hard and lumpy with springs and seems poking up. Decent walking distance to the beach. close to some of the party streets at night. Room condition shows a bunch of wear and tear. Some staff can speak enough English to get problems fixed. Staff was well mannered and easy enough to deal with.
