Beautiful Location!
Condo was the perfect location and space for the 8 of us. Rooms were surprisingly spacious, beds and furniture were comfortable, and layout had good flow. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, however could use some serving utensils/spatulas that are all metal as the silicone ones get pretty soft when cooking. I do wish there had been bar stools around the kitchen island though as there was certainly room for 4-5 more seats. Be aware that even though the listing states ‘dock’, that is not part of the condo any longer and well monitored by the new owner. The subdivision also has quiet hours between 10pm-7am, neither of which are noted in any of the materials received. Also, even though the listing says ‘coin laundry’, it is a regular washer/dryer so no coins needed! Vacasa manages property and best communication is via text! Overall a great stay, and would rent there again!

Wonderful Pawley Island Stay
This was a great location...close to restaurants, shopping and not far to the beach. A beautiful little gated community with friendly residents who provided great recommendations for places to visit. The place was very clean and well appointed for cooking in and just relaxing or located close to great restaurant choices near by. Loved the location. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with and tried to be so accommodating. Will definitely book again in the future. Thanks for great experience.

Perfect Getaway
This is located in a small, quiet, gated community. The view from the porches (one screened in) other open to sunshine of the marsh is tranquil. Location is easy. Don't hesitate - book it and enjoy!

Golf outing
Excellent property and well maintained. Great location at Pawleys. Easy access to 20+ golf courses and restaurants. Beautiful views but wee were out all day so only saw the sunrise and sunset which was enough. Gated community which was great for security and privacy. Would stay there again.
