Incredible location at the top of the cliffs, beauitiful gardens, birds and view. There is a long walk down to beach, but I enjoyed it, and took long walks on the beach. Enjoyed watching surfers. Very reasonably priced breakfast. Check in was a little sketchy. First she seemed to not have it, then seemed to imply since it was made a long time ago, price has gone up by now. Then, when I had Expedia print out in hand, she had to give me the room and rate previously agreed on. This check in experience was a shame as this could be one of the best places on Bingin Beach. I still would stay there again, just be careful to bring record of booking.

No view from the bungalows. Its not "beachfront" its cliffedge. "Premium" bungalows are very basic. Nice view of Bingin surf break and sunset only from the garden
