Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 51 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (mandatory)
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 100 kwh / week for electricity and 10 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November - March the expenses for elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption and internet 40 €/month.

A wonderful house to spend a relaxing holiday with the family.

The house is in a very quiet residential area - nearby of the golf-court of La Sella. On the ground floor there is a cozy living-dining room (with air conditioning), kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom (with air conditioning and television);
on the upper floor (accessible by an internal staircase) is the 2nd bedroom (with air conditioning) and exit to a roof terrace (with a fantastic view), 1 bathroom.

Two mobile grills are available for tenants. Internet via W-LAN, washing machine and dryer, outside shower warm/cold.
Parking spaces available on the property.

Dog ownership is not possible.

The house is not possible for wheel-chairs.

Absolut Empfehlenswert
Ein Urlaub zum Entspannen. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr gut. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und ist empfehlenswert. Alle benötigten Utensilien rund ums Haus waren vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Der Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung ist ein Traum. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Lovely house
A cozy and beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely view. This brought us a lot of joy. It is a bit tricky to get to, and you need a car and navigation to find it. I would recommend the house to calm, mature individuals.

Estancia estupenda
Casa muy acogedora, cómoda,luminosa, fiel a las fotografías y muebles actuales. Limpieza excelente. Todos los accesorios y electrodomésticos. En una urbanización muy tranquila y un poco alejada de playas.
