I would highly recommend
Had a fantastic stay. Our host Guy could not have been nicer. Had a great sleep in a lovely room with a great view. Shower was powerful. Breakfast was the highlight of the trip. I would highly recommend and will be back in the future

This is a wonderful guest house. The host, Guy, was very friendly and helpful. He made some great suggestions on where to go including local hikes. The Scottish breakfast was excellent including many options.

Such a welcoming guest house in a lovely location, the hosts were friendly and considerate. We had a newborn baby and were visiting nearby family and felt very looked after and comfortable in this accommodation.

Good location in quiet area & within walking distance of village. Clean, comfortable, lovely breakfast & Guy was the perfect host & gave us a warm welcome. Only down side was it was on a slight incline which prevented us walking into village due to health issues.

Beautiful B and B in a lovely location
Lovely location near Tweed River. We took the train into Edinburgh. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Host was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Meticulously cared for and appointed.
