The swimming pool was ice cold. Took grand kids here just for the pool. Hot tub was filled in with dirt!!!

This place is a joke. Definitely not what the pictures show online. Management is a joke. The place was filthy, when I went to complain at front desk they had ever excuse as to why something was the way it was. This place needs a big big pick me up.

I was so excited seeing the pool, it looked extremely clean. I stepped into the water and yanked my foot back out. Thats why it was so clean , it would require a wet suit to swim. I have swam in warmer lakes.

Don't stay here.

Front desk agent was rude, had been watching TV when I got there and seemed upset I interrupted, with six other guests, confirmed by morning agent, he refused to move us to a ground floor room when we asked, because there was no elevator, and I have a sprained ankle and shoulder from a work injury. We then fought to get the requested rollaway bed, which we had been assured would be ready when we arrived. The agent was not happy to have to carry it upstairs. In the room, the bathroom was a mess, there was something sticky on the counter that we had to clean off, and a stain on one of the pillow cases and a couple towels. In the morning we were woken early by very loud music coming from a room on our floor that could be heard floor wide. The front desk called the two occupied rooms about it, both said they heard it but didn't know where it was coming from. When I checked, it was coming from a room the front desk agent had said was unoccupied, 216, but that had music blasting as well as a do not disturb hanger on the door.

I stayed recently and there was a mishap with my reservation and the front desk agent made it very clear he was annoyed with that. When i got to my room everything seemed fine, until i went to turn on the AC and noticed an old dirty sock and a gatorade bottle that were not mine on the floor next to the chair. (Yuck!) I let all that go, but on check out day i was sitting in the bed before i left and a BED BIG crawled across one of the blankets! It was at that point i grabbed my stuff and LEFT i habe had good stays every other tome i have staued, but bed bugs is where i draw the line.

The place was pretty dirty and out of date. Pain chipping off of counter and walls, Floors were dirty in the bathroom with air, the refrigerator shells were smeared with hand France and other stuff, lights were not working. The bed looked slept in so I used my own bedding on top of the bedding already there. I did report this to Wyndham.

Fair for the money

The staff was friendly and my family enjoyed the pool. The condition of the rooms weren't the best, like remote not working with TV and no screen on the window.

this place was terrible!! When I arrived, there were no other quests there, (should have been a clue, but no refunds as I reserved it that day) I even asked the front desk about it, was told they just hadn't checked in yet. It was after 4pm. the room looked like it was out of the 70's, it was dirty, looked like no one vacuumed in a long time and they did not dust either. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. The bed had an enormous divot in it. Unreal!!! This place was NOT worth the $$ I spent. Very disappointed because I have stayed at other Super 8's that were far superior to this place!!

When we got to our room it was not clean we cleaned the bath and toilet ourselves, the fridge did not work and there was dirt behind the tables with lamps. The beds were clean thank you for that, otherwise we would have requested another room. The door was hard to shut for rm 129. My husband and I have never had this problem before when we have stayed here. I brought my daughters this time and was very embarassed.

staff is very rude and smells of weed and your lucky to even get a breakfast. very unkept and very broken down and dirty. this was a last resort. but you would have a safer stay in your car.
