Be our guest at Heaven on Stilts located @ Villas on the Gulf in Pensacola Beach - home of the Blue Angels! Everything you need for your perfect vacation get away and fun on the beach w/ our Smart Enabled Beach Condo!

VERY short walk along the beautifully maintained walking paths to the community pool (50 yards) and beach (3 min) without crossing a single road as your located on the Gulf side w/ a private community boardwalk to access the beach!

AMENITIES (INCLUDES BEACH ITEMS): Located on the third level of BLDG C - first level is wash-away carport. All of the comforts of home to include: adult and child beach chairs, beach toys for kids, beach umbrella, outdoor electric grill, assigned parking spot next to stairs (Can park additional car in community parking lot), Smart TV / Roku enabled to stream your favorite network platforms, WiFi, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need from ramen noodles to a 5-course gourmet meal. Additionally, we provide our guests with a starter pack of items so you can hit the ground running....straight to the beach!

OFF-SITE FUN: There are many companies on the island that rent scooters, bikes, paddle boards, water equipment, etc. You can take in historic Fort Pickens, the Naval Aviation Museum or observe the world famous Navy Blue Angels practice (Link listed below) while sitting on the beach - these are just one of many things that make Pensacola Beach special. Lastly, shopping and dining are only a 5 minute drive away or enjoy the free city ran / operated trolley service with a pick-up / drop-off point conveniently located next to the community (Trolley services typically run from Memorial Day Weekend (MAY) to Labor Day Weekend (September)).

Family Vacation
Was great for our group of 5. Had everything we needed and a great starting supply of a few things. Towels, chairs, and toys for the beach! Enough places to sleep. Clean and great location. Loved that the family is a military family. As we are too. Only thing that would be a negative is the couch and stools are on the smaller side if you have any tallpeople in your family.

Great beach access close to everything
Overall very clean and great beach access (less than 3 min and you don’t need to cross the street). Great setup for a family with lots of sleeping, comfortable, lots of chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach and the kitchen was easy to use and pretty well stocked. Space isn’t fancy. We went for a romantic weekend getaway but it’s a better fit for a family with kiddos. Easy 5 minutes to all the beach shops and restaurants and there’s a small complex pool that was easy to go to. Had some hiccups at check in but owner was really easy to contact and responsive.

Great place, price excellent
2nd time we have stayed. Clean simple accommodation and great price. Owner is extremely responsive. Outside Property fairly well taken care of but hall ways could be kept cleaner(HOA responsibility) . When owner was contacted, immediate action was taken for both condo issues and HOA issues. We plan to stay again. All the basics are provided so if flying in you don’t have to worry about not having beach stuff. Nice pool area as well and super easy beach access.

Inside of condo super nice! Short walk to beach! Right on the main stirp of pensacola! We are making a come back to this place had an awesome time had trouble with automatic door lock but other rhan that it was a wonderful place to stay

Overall, our stay was pleasant. Check-in was easy. The condo was updated, with exception of the bathroom. The tub needed considerable work, and the toilet in the full bath was very unsteady. The biggest drawback was the fact that towels had to be washed and dried upon checkout. We have never had to do this at previous rentals; however, we had no issues getting this done. The problem was that the towels had a terrible smell. I am assuming this is because their cleanliness is at the discretion of the previous renters. Other than these few issues. Our stay was nice.

Yearly Pensacola Vacation
Great proximity to the beach. Bed was comfy. Everything we needed for our 1 week stay was there. We enjoyed the 3 ducks that live there in the lagoon. The bullfrogs, not so much, with their big mouths at night 😂🐸 We would stay here again.

Great Location on Pensacola Beach
This is not just another story about a really nice two bedroom, 1.5 bath, fully stocked kitchen condo, even though that is what you get. It is not just a place very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in America. The real determination of what you get is the response when something is not quite right. The owner was truly a Johnny on the Spot with taking care of our problem and turned a potential unpleasant family stay into one that was truly enjoyable for everone. The next time I want to stay on Pensacola Beach, this place would be my first choice. FYI: Pensacola is the town I was born in and grew up in until I left for Florida State University. GO Seminoles.

Overall a wonderful vacation. The condo was as advertised. The only thing is the HOA should maintain the outside better. The fishing was god right off the beach and we had fresh Pompano and Blue fish several times.
