Staff and room were great. Breakfast sucked as it was only packaged donuts, muffins and danish. First Days Inn I’ve stayed at that didn’t have a good breakfast. Deb’s Coffee right up the street has awesome coffee and breakfast croissants!

This hotel was under renovation. Our room was ok. The bathroom not so much. The bathtub was sunken in the middle and filled with water and it drained slow, so water was standing above our feet during showers. The toilet was too low for comfort and the water in the bowl was uncomfortably high. There is grocery next door and several fast food and shopping in walking distance. I would not give this an 8.0 as posted on the door, at best it's a 6.0.

No frills stay
This was my second time staying here. The first time being 8 years ago, and the hotel was much nicer then. The location is great. Desk person friendly. Quiet and the bed comfortable. It's a 5 minute drive to public beach area. There are several food places and stores within walking distance. Walmart is two miles away. The room was not very clean. The floor was dirty. The desk was filthy. I bought Lysol and Clorox wipes and sprayed and wiped things down. The wipes from cleaning the desk were very dirty. I always keep some kind of shoes on at any place I stay, but I could tell the floor was not clean. The furniture is very worn and old. The lamps shades were old and nasty looking, moldy? I moved the nightstand to get to the plug outlet and it was dirty back there. There was also something on the floor, under the nightstand that looked like an animal turd. Although they say they don't allow animals. This place needs a remodel desperately. It serves the purpose, if you just want a place to sleep and shower. Their cleaning staff needs some training on cleaning, or they need new staff. It is definitely a no frills hotel. The management should really look at the Hotel BO in Chattanooga, also owned by Wyndham, to get an idea on upgrading this property. I would stay here again for the location and price, if the rates are good when I go again. I will for certain be taking Lysol and Clorox wipes with me. I am OCD and have taken Lysol and wipes with me to other hotels. Lol.

There was mold in both rooms in the bathrooms, on the curtains, on the wall, on the lamp shades. It stayed moist in the rooms at all times. One of the rooms had a crack in the ceiling that leaked at 1 point. There was daily housekeeping and the pool was warm at all times. There was a very nice staff person in the morning who was very sweet to my grandbabies.

Nelson, Delray Beach

This Days Inn is an average property. The outside doors are not very sound proof so you can hear everyone walking by - talking, the car doors closing, and the chirping sound of the car doors locking all night. The breakfast is just a grab & go of Individually wrapped Muffins and pastry. They had some small apples and oranges which saved the day. If the had a toaster and some bread it would offer so much more for the little investment. Coffee was ok. Ms Bridgette was the breakfast host, and she saved the day with her pleasant smile and conversation. Decent accommodations for the price, and next door to super market plaza with Pizza Hut and Taco Bell and KfC. So it is convenient location for sure. The beach is a short drive away. Shower was a Water Pik with good pressure. All in all - decent like I said. Try to get a top floor away from the stairs if possible for less noisy space.
