Staff is the nicest part of the stay.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was decent size got the suite, had a full size fridge but microwave didn't work even in other kitchen area plugs. Honestly it was hotels.com that screwed up my reservation at another hotels so they put me in it. To be fair they asked me to look at it and i did not thinking i was stuck and had no other option. The area is very rough and the exterior was unkept my dog didn't even want to be there. We spent the first night but the stained sheets and dead roach in the hallway and pool out of order. Staff is great and no pet fee but if you can I'd stay elsewhere.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Appreciated Amanda’s attention to guest’s comfort. There is some traffic noise if your room is street side. The kitchen in the room was appreciated. There is a grocery store across the street that would be handy for an extended stay.

We have stayed here several times with no problems. We were given a room on the first floor. All night the elevator dinged, people were talking and laughing. At 2am, the guy in the room beside us could be heard cursing profusely through the thin walls. There were corndogs on the continental breakfast. REALLY?

We drove 8 hours from st.petersburg Florida and when we arrived the room was not ready we couldn’t check in till almost 5 o’clock they offered us a 20 dollar discount that I have yet to receive and it was also a bloody towel left in the room they half cleaned

Not very impressive, we left early
Website says with kitchenette but room did not have any plates,cups, utensils, pans to cook with, no paper products except 1 roll of toilet paper, and no soap of any kind for kitchen or bathroom! We evacuated from the hurricane anticipating to be comfortable for a few days and were not. The flooring and gap beneath the door make it extremely noisy. We were not impressed with the quality for the price we paid.
