Terry the maintence guy is always moving fixing stuff keeps it clean. I can’t express enough how great this place is. Rooms are clean and nice. The entire staff are amazingly welcoming people. Don’t stay on the beach. Crazy expensive there stay here

Nice if you are on a budget. Rooms were clean and nicely renovated. Bed frames were cheap so they were sketchy and squeaky. Near a busy road so depending how far back you get a room it would be quite. I would stay again. Super nice staff.

We stayed for a week, room just got remodeled and looked nice. Cleanness of a room was an issue . The fridge wasn’t cleaned after prior guests, dirty towel on a floor was left behind (obviously floor wasn’t washed in some areas, otherwise they would have noticed a dirty nasty towel under the sink). I cleaned toilet, bathroom and fridge on my own before using it. Closet didn’t have any hangers, we asked the staff for it, they didn’t have any. We went to Walmart to get some. Will we go back? Probably will go to a different place.

I really didn’t ask for much, I am used to cleaning after every one else…but the room was pretty clean…they only missed the usual spots. The Waffle House, behind, sometimes brought chaotic behavior…but most of the time, it was quiet. I only payed $77 a night for 28 days, so I didn’t expect much. The location and management were very courteous and convenient…the internet sucked on some of the rooms, but there is a lot of brick and the traffic increases after checkin time. The grounds were cleanish, lol…most of the bugs were butterflies and bumblebees. The palmetto bugs live in the roots of the oaks next door. Plus there is available medical care all over…I got shingles for my first time…had many options, very close by. Weekly rates were available.

The room was really clean and nice and spacious for the price point. The room was as nice as slightly more expensive places. Good option if you want to save a few bucks or just need clean comfy room and not much else.

I was a little worried due to previous reviews. But by the looks of it, or at least the room I was in, was recently updated. As a solo female traveler, I never felt unsafe or uneasy during my stay here. The lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Only gave low stars on the pool situation bc it’s the middle of November.
