This place falsely advertises. The island pool/bar was closed. The Island Bar/ Grill closed, Tavern closed, housekeeping forgets to come by room., towel hut closed making you go all the way into front desk for a towel. Hotel is very outdated. Walls in room are so thinned out you can hear doors slamming like gun shots, people talking so loudly, kids crying and dogs barking. When you let staff know if you could be switched to a different room, they say they have nothing available. The only thing good about this resort was the food from the restaurant. I would not consider this a resort. Don’t waste your money here. This is like going to a motel 8.

We got ocean view room as we requested. But they don't have any closet. Washroom is very congested. There is no counter top with the sink. There is no carpet in the room so floor feels always sandy and dirty. There should be atleast doormat or better way to take care the cleanliness..

The staff was nice. Rooms clean they were accommodating. Decorated so nice for christmas. It was quite all and all it was a great experience and we will be back in the summer.

Love the hotel. It was a little cold weekend before Christmas I think hotel has the heat set for the entire area. I tried to bump up the heat but couldn’t. The heat stayed on 68 but I wanted it a little warmer.

I loved the ocean view . The room was perfect . Walls little thin could hear everyone all hours if the night kept getting woke up . Loved the breakfast. Absolutely a gorgeous place on a gorgeous island. Didnt like that breakfast was a add on charge and the $8 bottles of water charge seemed steep for water . But over all a beautiful resort

Only decent thing about this place is that it’s on the beach front. They charge more than most places for a deposit on damages ($150.00) the room was “clean” we found other peoples hair on the sheets before we ever laid down in the bed. The wall paper was peeling off the walls from what looks like water damage. We couldn’t find a place to park when we checked in.
