The evening front desk was very helpful and accommodating during our stay on Aug 3-4. We had an emergency situation and had to extend our stay, she was able to assist us. My father in law had an emergency and needed to go to the hospital. Since the issue was resolved and we no longer needed to stay another day, she went an extra mile to help us once again. Will definitely book here again. ❤️

Asked for family suite for four days, got no stove. Cell with a window that didn't open,is what we got. We went out for dinner and all other plans cancelled. Next day we checked out to move into another suite with a stove for 48hrs. We would have to move again if we wanted to stay. Jacuzzi tub and pool, yeah no.ok bye bye. No discount. Enjoy your stay... somewhere else.

Sunny Beach was close to the beach so that was wonderful , it was clean , older style could do with some updates and new beds but overall a pleasant stay no issues with anything staff were friendly and Canadian :) I would stay here again :)

Not so romantic but convenient and clean

Although the room and decor were very dated, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and Linens. The room has a kitchenette and tv. The property was in a good location walking distance from the beach and restaurants. I felt it was a bit pricey for what you get. Expect a clean retro motel with limited updates.

Honestly, not sure where I would start. The place is disgusting and dirty, and all of the furniture is SO old. Kitchen utensils dont work. AC sounds like its dying. This must obviously be run by a slumlord. And of course no one is around during the check out window each day. Just a note on the door to leave your room keys in the mail slot. No wonder they make you pay everything up front when you check in. We wont be back to any of the motels there owned by same company.
