PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING. Medley Manor is a licensed boutique hotel that only books to one host family or group. Medley Manor is never shared with other guests! You and your group are always the sole occupants! Medley Manor has 19 fabulously bedrooms from which to choose from. It also 7 huge fun themed bathrooms. 2,000 sq. foot 50's style dining room!! 2,000 sq. foot game room; Skeeball, table shuffle board, pool table, air hockey, Foosball, carpet ball, corn hole, arcade games, ping pong tables and basketball. You will love Medley Manor! New Recently added bedrooms are Super Hero, Sports, Groovy and double sized Harry Potter room that sleeps 10. Medley Manor has a large food prep area in addition to a Kitchen, 3 refrigerators, dedicated ice machine, 8 crock pots, large electric smoker, dish washer and lots of counter space! Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A short drive from anything of interest. Medley Manor can sleep over 55 in beds. our themed rooms and an additional 5 in our common area if needed. Pricing is based on two occupants per bedroom. You are allotted a bedroom for every 2 guest. If you plan on having less than 2 persons per bedroom and need more bedrooms than allotted, please make inquiries on how that might change pricing. Medley manor has 19 individual bedrooms. The Harry Potter Room counts as 4 bedrooms because it has 4 king size and two full size beds. The Sports and Super Hero Bedrooms count as 3 because they also have extra beds. Medley Manor sleeps 55 in beds. The Manor is not shared with other guest. Your group/family has sole access.

Quirky and fabulous for a large group
We had just under 30 people who came to stay in this hidden gem of a place. The owner, Pete, was beyond incredible! We were given a tour of the rooms so we could pick which ones to use. How genius that the superhero room connects directly to the game room! His imagination and vision make each room awesomely unique. It's on a quiet street, yet just a quick drive to stores, a casino, and the river. Just know that if you are looking for a posh, upscale, extra fancy place to bring your group, then this might not he what you are looking for. If your fellow vacationers love to do something different and out of the ordinary and are there for a good time, then this place fits the bill quite nicely. Our family loved it so much we already have the placed booked for next year.

New Years Eve Celebration!
The place was even better than expected! We had a group of over 40 family members of all ages and fit comfortably. In the diner area we had more than enough space to ring in the new year and spend quality time together. The rooms were clean and the themes were very cool. The game room was a huge hit with kids and adults alike! Pete was the best host! He was very accommodating and willing to assist with any odds and ends. We will certainly be returning to Medley Manor!

Family Reunion Fun
Medley Manor was perfect for our family reunion, easily accommodating the 24 of us. Owner Pete has put a lot of time into decorating each room with a unique theme. The rooms were clean and attractive. We appreciated his availability to answer any questions, and the tour of the whole facility upon our arrival. We enjoyed our stay at Medley Manor and recommend it highly.

We had a WONDERFUL time staying here! Pete was amazingly friendly, gave us a personal tour when we arrived and made sure we were all set up. The property and rooms were just as described and so much fun! The pictures really don't do it justice and just entering is jaw dropping. The game room was amazing, especially when the lights were off. We loved the common space for parents and the let the bridal party have the basement mostly. We are already thinking of gatherings we can have back here as it is perfect!!

NYE Family Celebration
OMG!!! We had SO MUCH FUN at Medley Manor! The themed rooms and bathrooms are EXACTLY as pictured, spacious, and clean. There was SO MUCH space! No one fell crowded or cramped. We had over 40 people of all ages (2-75) and had beds to spare. Pete was THE MOST responsive and generous host I’ve ever encountered. He left complimentary treats and water for us. There were an abundance of games. Nearly every time has a television. Pete was very respectful of the space being ours while we were there. He answered any question we had and offered suggestions for the area. We will definitely be back!

Incredible Experience at the Manor!
First off, let me say, our ENTIRE family of 27 loved the space and accommodations and amenities. The lower level game room definitely a PLUS for all kids and adults. The upper commons / food / visiting / area was amazing. None of us with several families ever felt cramped or in each other's space. Each room was as described and such a great fun overall experience! Our family unanimously agreed to rebook for our future gatherings. Wonderful place for family gatherings and Pete is an amazing HOST meeting & greeting us and leaving "extras" and feeling at home touches throughout. We couldn't of been more taken care of and we thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.

Wonderful Place for Family
Medley Manor has become a family tradition. Pete is a wonderful host I highly recommend staying at this property. Our family tries to stay here at least twice a year. We have no complaints, just plenty of praise!!! Can’t wait to go back.

The place was great, large for family gathering. Noone was on top of another, many things to do for the young (or old) downstairs in the game room. We really had a super great time. Pete was super attentive and very knowledgeable as well. Only regret was wished it was cleaned from the many spiders/webs from the inside. Downstairs bedrooms were the most affected. But at least no one got bit. lol. It definitely needs more storage in the kitchen, as most, the one shelf is on the floor. not super hygienic there. Esp. if you plan on cooking and having lots of food, there is no storage for food. Maybe add a pantry closet???? And dishes from prior tenant did NOT clean the dishes, still had coffee rings in the cups But definitely will use again despite the nuances. Thanks Pete!

Family 4th of July
Everything was wonderful! We had such a great time. There is sooo much space for activities and your comfort. The attention to details were fantastic! Every room was unique and all of the guests were beyond pleased. Our host Pete, became a beloved family member 😉. He made our experience unforgettable. Family memories
We booked at Melody Manor and a great time was enjoyed by all. Pete meet us at the door and gave us a wonderful tour and information sharing time. The photos are a great replica of the rooms, each one so unique and a theme for all to enjoy!! We never left the Manor until check out because there was so much for our 20 grandchildren to enjoy and do while the parents enjoyed our family time together and played board games and cards and ate way to much. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen wares and the complimentary snack bar was a hit! We would recommend this VRBO to any family or large group, you wont be disappointed!!

The responsiveness and respect of the proprietor (Pete) was exemplary. The space is fit out with all of the details that you need to come and enjoy your stay. Terrific surprises were the complimentary snack bar, seasonal decorations, and extensive attention to detail in the rooms. Perfect Family Gathering Space
Medley Manor allowed us a halfway point for family to meet up for a weekend. We had 32 people and never felt like we were crowded in the space. The game room kept the kids entertained (and some adults) and the main dining area had room for all of us. Pete was great to work with. It was enjoyed by all and the family plans to return annually.

Great for large groups! There are actually 14 bedrooms with locked doors. Each room is themed and a different size to accommodate many families! It was perfect for our 12u softball team and their families!

We paid a lot of money to stay here for a wedding, two days prior to check in we were informed we did not get the whole house. There are 3 bedrooms that count as multiple rooms. There are locks on the doors of each room and we were not given codes/ given incorrect codes and got locked out of one room. Called the owner and his property manager to no avail. Minor things wrong with the house but nothing that wasn't manageable, however the lower level is very musty, so if you have allergies beware! Overall a decent stay.
