Great location
Near all the best restaurants and shopping as well as major thoroughfares. Could have used a few more details on location as GPS could not locate it. Maybe add Plastic glasses and more cooking pots and pans?

Perfect stay in Peoria
Loved the property and area. My only advice is to update the listing. It says it sleeps 6, but it really only sleeps 4 with two queen size beds. Couch does not pull out, so you’d have to bring a blow up mattress for additional sleeping.

Location was great for our needs. Will definitely consider 12 Camden in our future visits. The laundry room had foul smell, I suspect maybe birds in the dryer duct. The outside vent louver is missing a couple of flaps. We did not use the washer or dryer. The toilet seats need to be replaced! The birds outside were nesting everywhere, poop all over the place. With these corrections, if possible, will improve the future visitors experience and stay!

Great Stay!
Great stay. Try to check in before it gets dark. I had a hard time finding the actual property being alone. The area is great and safe, but just had me a bit confused on which area to focus on. Everything was very comfortable and nice.

Great home base for a week long disc golf tournament
We stayed at this apartment while playing the Ledgestone disc golf tournament and the accommodations were perfect for the three of us. The location was easy to access main roads, restaurants, and shopping centers. The unit itself was well equipped for making breakfast and cleaning up after tournament rounds. The only suggestion we could give to the host would be to upgrade the couch in the living room to be a pull out bed but besides that we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Peoria stay.
The apartment was perfect for us and much less that a hotel would have been for two rooms for the weekend. We were in and out all weekend and the location was perfect for us. Our only issue was parking. We have a handicap placard for my husband and one of the residents backed in and took half the handicap space and blocked the marked walkway to the stairs and left her car there.

Peoria Visit
This property is in an apartment complex which is in a very convenient location for our visits to Peoria. We have stayed here before. Back in the summer there were several bird nests in the entry along with the bird droppings that come with it. I was disappointed that this was not addressed now that the weather is cold. The inside of the apartment could be cleaner. The air intake cover in the hall and the pendant lights over the table need to be cleaned. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty and there was food left in it. The kitchen sink was not clean and the sponge left there was filthy. The space is nice and the location is convenient however, the cleanliness could be improved.

I didn’t realize this listing was in a 12 unit condo/apartment building when I agreed to rest it. The outdoor hallway had lots of bird poop and debris . We had to search for towels fo ding them in the outside balcony closet. There were no washcloths and all towels were very thin and need to be replaced. The kitchen had to be wiped down before use as there was a residue on the counters, sink and cooking pots. The lazy susan cabinet was very dirty and is in need of a good cleaning. The carpet was clean but dated. The master shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced. I would not be able to recommend this listing.

Average rating. We wouldn’t stay again though.
Apartment was sufficient for our 1 night stay. Bathroom that is closest to hallway, the mirror was dirty. We had to dry the towels which was very inconvenient as we couldn’t shower upon arrival. . For the price of our stay the towels should be clean, dry and available in the bathrooms. Both bedrooms had broken window blinds. Replacement of this type of window blind (very basic) is an easy fix and obviously has gone unattended for a long time.

A responsive property manager saves the day!
Upon arriving at the property, I could not gain access because the batteries in the keyless entry were dead. I contacted the property manager and he immediately resolved the issue. The rest of our stay was top notch! The apartment was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I would definitely choose this property again.

Great place to stay short term!!
Great Condo on the second floor. Everything that you need is right on site. Large two bedroom and two bath. We were comfortable and host was amazing. Could use some extra seating in living room area and the master bathroom ceiling above toilet needs painting. My daughter lives in Peoria so will use again for quick trips in and out of town. Thank you for letting us stay.
