Welcome to The Boathouse in Breezy. This newly renovated home is located inside the gates of Breezy Point Resort on the west side of beautiful Pelican Lake. This four-season vacation destination boasts golfing, boating, snowmobiling, fishing, hiking, and much more.
Breezy Point is in the Brainerd Lakes area, in close proximity to Crosslake and the Whitefish Chain of Lakes. Our place provides a full vacation experience and is the perfect spot for summer days, fall bonfires, and winter getaways!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Awesome House
We had an amazing time staying at this property. Nice big fenced in backyard, use of 2 stall garage, plenty of bed space. This house was perfect for our late family Christmas and Pequot Antique snowmobile show trip. Thank you!

Plenty Space
It is nice to have space to spread out. The house was very comfortable and clean. There was room to play outdoors. We liked having the extra table and chairs for eating. The kitchen worked out very well. It felt like home!

Lovely home at Breezy
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The home was clean and very tastefully decorated. We had plenty of room to sprawl out. Short walk down to marina. Cole and Elly are wonderful hosts. Super easy to get a hold of. We will definitely be back to this property!

Beautiful Property
This was an absolutely beautiful property. The property was perfectly suited for hosting a group for a workshop at Breezy Point Resort. It was very close to the resort, so it was easy to travel back and forth between workshops. I look forward to booking the property again next year for the workshop.
