Three out of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor; there are two twin rooms, both of which can be super-kings on request and also have direct access out to the enclosed garden. The third bedroom is a double room; all three of these rooms are serviced by the family bathroom with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC. The final bedroom is located on the second floor and not only enjoys a king-size bed but beautiful views over Perranporth, towards the beach and out to sea; it also comes with its own en-suite shower room. Outside, via the ground floor is a lovely and enclosed garden with a decked area, patio and barbecue.
The property has recently been fitted with state of the art solar panels which are connected to a SolarEdge battery, with such it is capable of producing the property with half the energy needed required in the winter and significantly more in the summer; when coupled with the heat pump and high levels of insulation, the owners have come a long way in de-carbonising their home and taking the next step to sustainable holiday homes in Cornwall.
