Beautiful serenely located just outside the city limits of Perry, Florida, is a 3421 sq. ft. luxury villa on a country estate of 2.5 acres.The moment you pull into this estate you are welcomed by beautiful draping oaks and your own private bridge taking you over the seasonal creek that leads you to your vacation getaway.The estatehasa large private inground swimming pool with a diving board andpatio deck withmultiple lounge chairs for tanning or just enjoying company.

This villa has4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 separate offices,a dining room anda room dedicated to a pool billiard table for your enjoyment. It also includes an enclosed 2 car garage. There is ample parking space for your boat or RV. It has both a covered front porch and a screened back porch with a view of the swimming pool. It is child friendly, with a playground, a zipline, and 2.5 acres of space to play.

Amenities include fishing opportunities in several local rivers, as well as the Gulf of Mexico (Keaton Beach is just 30 minutes away). There are lots of specialty shops to enjoy and Walmart is less than 10 miles away. The Jack and Jill Bedrooms share a central bathroom. One has a queen bed and stacked bunk beds. The other Jack and Jill bedroom has a queen bed.


All rooms are equipped with televisions, ceiling fans, and chest of drawers. The next bedroom has a queen sized bed, television, private full bath, and a deck to view the pool area. Last, but certainly not least, is the very large Master Bedroom of the home that has a King sized bed, a futon sofa bed that can be used as additional bedding space, a baby crib, a television,a deck to view the pool area anda very nice privatebath with garden tub and separate shower, separate lighted vanities and more.

If you’re looking to book a house for a trip to Perry or anywhere remotely close, this place is it. Great location, beautiful and VERY spacious! Super clean! Great pool! Well stocked kitchen! We had a blast fishing during the days and enjoying the wide amenities of the property in the evenings! Property manager is an absolute gem of a woman who checked on us throughout our stay and even brought us wood and starter for the fire pit they have outside. She is amazing! Stop your search and go ahead and book this house now!

Fantastic
We had a large group of employees that were doing some training in the area and we needed a place that could accommodate them plus be comfortable and relaxing when they were not working. This home checked all the boxes. The host was easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. Check-in was easy and the information needed was sent ahead of time giving our individual employees ample time to gather the required information. We will definitely be booking this property again.
