Full kitchen with all cooking & serving utensils including toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. Large screen TV and wide range of DVD’s are waiting for you in the living room. 2 more flat screen TV’s in a bedrooms. You can enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee on a porch with a view of the lake or take a walk around tall trees that you will find on a property. Cottage is located near Harris Brake Lake Resort where you can find anything you will need to catch fish (bait and tackle for sale!) to boat rental or a quick snack. We are located about 2 miles outside of Perryville, Arkansas where you can find many shops and restaurants, and we are less than an hour drive to Little Rock or Bill and Hillary Clinton National/Adams Fi Airport (LIT)

Shabby neighborhood
The house was clean. Love the kitchen. The views were misrepresented. Stray dogs everywhere. Nothing but trashy surroundings. Didn’t feel safe or comfortable. We left after 1 night. Sorry

Amazing Location
Thus place was more than perfect right across street from lake and bait shop...only 20 minutes from Pettie Jean Mountain ideal location for our family adventures can't wait to come back again!
