Shoalwater Beach House is a beautiful beach retreat that overlooks peaceful Shoalwater/ Safety bay with 180 degree ocean views! Situated literally a few footsteps to the water! Sit back, relax and take in the breathtaking vista from 2 balconies, living areas and master suite. You may even see the local dolphins frolicking from the terrace! Enjoy walks on the beach, morning swims and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Or if you are feeling adventurous, join in with the abundance of nearby water sports such as kite surfing, wind surfing or kayaking. Take a ferry over to Penguin Island, enjoy a dolphin/ sea lion watching cruise or a 5 minute drive to Point Peron look out.

This fully self contained 4 bedroom 2 bathroom beach house has all the amenities you need including lounge, dining and large entertainers kitchen. Walk to shops and cafes such as popular Bayside Barista, Barcos, Azzaca Kitchen or the local fish n' chips to name a few. Or take a 5 minute drive to the Esplanade foreshore for the tourist cafe strip, beach and parklands.

This beach house can accommodate up to 10 people and has 2 master suites. 1 master (Queen size) is upstairs with it's own private balcony and kitchenette. The other is downstairs (Double Bed) and overlooks the back courtyard and has an additional single bed within. The other 2 bedrooms are comprised of 2 single beds in one and 1 bunk bed with an additional single bed within.

A Weekend at The Beach
Great location, outlook and accessibility! Two balconies with sweeping uninterrupted views. Great for the kids so close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay! There were a few issues with the house though... It needs some maintenance... door handles falling off, kitchen cupboards needing adjustment.. Spa bath had no plug that would fit... had to improvise with an infant's rubber dinner plate.. no dishwasher tablets (but our host did deliver some half way thru the weekend)... a coffee pod machine but no pods... never did get the wifi to work... Sound on TV directed to non-existent headphones rather than speakers.. had to reset in Settings menu each time but always reverted to headphones next time TV turned on...not enough toilet rolls for 9 people for three days... one only chux cloth for the kitchen...only three bin bags provided... fan not working in ground floor bedroom (maybe only requiring new batteries in remote).. All of this just took the edge off a wonderful weekend...

Stunning location for our kitesurfing group
Rochelle made us welcome for the duration of our 1 month stay in this brilliant, comfy house with all the facilities you need. Perfect location for us, walking distance to the Pond for kitesurfing. We loved it.

Spectacular Shoalwater
A great place to stay. Convenient to shops and eateries. Always a sheltered beach nearby. The house was comfortable, clean and well supplied. The hosts were easy to deal with and responded to messages in a timely manner. We highly recommend this property.
