I loved the peaceful surrounds. The rooms were whisper quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Super close to the river and the walking path beside it.

Didn’t realise it was the old Hyatt so had trouble finding, no sign, restaurant not open for breakfast. Got a cheap deal though and staff are always friendly and accomodating. I would return.

The property appears to have recently changed hands and is undergoing some upgrades. Signs are up advising guests re noise. It hasn’t been an issue for us as we arrived late on a Saturday. We were placed on the seventh floor and have a beautiful view. I am not sure what we will do for breakfast as there doesn’t appear to be options here

Rooms & beds great. Spacious & quiet. Shower had great pressure. The only negatives were the lobby area & entries/exits. I had a pram & 2 young children. To access the street I had to walk down the driveway which isn’t really pedestrian safe. I also tried to access the IGA downstairs but the escalators weren’t working & no lift to get there. It’s not a long walk to go around but not sure what people with wheelchairs are supposed to do? The street entrance on Adelaide terrace was also locked stating not currently in use, so again had to walk up the driveway.

Great value, Hyatt used to be so expensive so I hope they keep these prices for awhile, they are doing lots of modifications so probably why prices are low

The staff are pretty awful. The front desk manager insisted she gave me 2 cards at check in. She didn’t actually check me so the whole conversation was moronic. Not a great place. Staff are not skilled in offering a pleasant experience.
