High ceilings, marble tiled corridors, ornate columns and fireplaces combine with French Provincial designer flair to create a magnificent residence of superior proportions. The home takes advantage of its location with both levels enjoying the superb views over the river to the city beyond.

On the entry level is the main living area. Boasting an impressive kitchen with a double free-standing European oven overlooking the living area, this is where you’re likely to spend much of your time. The living area, with ample sofa and armchair seating, centres around a fireplace with smart TV above, and there is a dining suite adjacent to the kitchen. Sliding doors open to the delightful balcony where you can enjoy pre-dinner drinks in style. Next door is the formal lounge and dining, also with a fireplace and balcony access.
Three bedrooms, all luxe and well sized are on this main level. The grand master suite has its an opulent ensuite bathroom with a corner spa bath taking in the magnificent view - making it the perfect sanctuary to enjoy a glass of bubbly while soaking away any daily stresses.This master space also has a charming alcove area with a couch making this space the ultimate area to retreat to.
The second and Queen bedrooms are well-appointed are set back on the street facing side of the large propery and they have shared access to the second bathroom with shower and separate bath. There is also a separate powder room with a toilet. A study and piano room complete the picture of this spacious and spread out main level.

There is a 4th bedroom with its own shower en-suite on the lower level.

This really is the most extraordinary, unique house, brimming with sophistication and opulence. Best of all, it’s in the perfect setting, a stone’s throw from the river with direct access to riverside walks and views of Optus Stadium, which is only a 10 minute drive away.

The Residence sits beside the Swan River, with just green space between it and the water. It’s in an absolutely plum position with river walking trails heading to fishing jetties, Perth, Optus Stadium and the University of WA in one direction, and Maylands Golf Club and historic Guildford the other way.

Maylands is an inner city suburb north east of Perth CBD, and has easy access into the city, either by road, train or bus, as well as close proximity to Perth airport. Eighth Avenue, just to the north of the property, provides a cafe and restaurant hub, ideal for meals out, as well as some trendy bars. There is the golf course, a nearby boat ramp, yacht club and Peninsular historic farm and cafe nearby. Children might enjoy Maylands water park and playground. With Perth so close, a spot of retail therapy might be on the cards too!

Exploring the local area and Perth city is a must but best of all, when you return to The Residence on Swan you will embrace the privacy, tranquility and sophistication of your home away from home. Enjoy all it offers.

PLEASE NOTE:
-The garage (down a very steep drivewway) is NOT accessible to guests. Cars can be parked at the top of the driveway or in the cul-de-sac.
-There is a fully separate and private studio on the dwelling which is occupied by other tenants. They have their own private entrance and no communal space is shared. Se still ask all our guests to be respectful and aware of this. We will not tolerate excessive noise or rowdy behaviour.
