Customer service was excellent. Grab and Go items (complimentary) was wonderful, especially after a 5-hour drive. Beautiful scenery. Nice small town. Room was very clean. WiFi service was strong.

The staff absolutely rocked. Not only did they accommodate a mix up with the booking dates, they also reached out after my stay to let me know I had left a firestick remote there. I will always stay here the night before a Dolly Sods trip.

It was clean, comfortable and fully renovated. Great price. Only dislike was light shining in from parking lot and under the door to the hallway all night. Definetly needs some blinds and heavier curtains. I would definitely stay there again though.

This was our second year at the hermitage inn and is was just as great as it was the year before,love every bit of it,just wish they could get the taphouse opened back up.
