Not very enchanting castly
Upon checkin I was a bit shocked when greeted with the most inhospitable staff. Very cold, never once welcoming. Check in was at 3pm. I asked if the room is ready earlier, they kept repeating checkin is at 3pm. I’m like can you see if any rooms are available? They didn’t bother to look. So since the hotel was basically shut down for a wedding, there was no where to relax so we had lunch nearby and just sat in a car for a few hours. Upon checkin, the rooms are tiny. Less than advertised. Tv was old and not a smart tv. The property itself which could be magical really feels like a truck stop attraction. There’s no spa here either. It’s a massage table on a terrace. I asked to use the jacuzzis. They said they were reserved for the next 4 hours. I saw 2/5 being used. Change of staff and the place could be really nice. Or at least teach them the basics.

It's not really a hotel, but a party venue
Biggest problem was noise. I booked the highest level of suite they had for 7 nights. However the room (top left of their cover photo) is very close to their main business activity which is events and parties. Just about every day was a party of one form or another. These parties go on until the early hours or all night. One graduation party started at mid-night and finished at 07:00. These are very loud and make sleep almost impossible. I understand that as a business they want to maximise revenue, however unless you are there just for one night and are attending the party, it's not a great place to stay - or at least not in the imperial suites.

The hotel was lovely but my room didn’t have any toiletries or hand towels what so ever tried to call room service but no answer and there was lots of noise from other guests partying hitting the door and walls

The castle is gorgeous but the rooms definitely reflect the age of the property. I stayed at the Suite da Torre (Tower suite) and it's one of the most interesting rooms I've ever stayed in with breathtaking views. The bathroom though has a constant sewage smell. The fist day we had left the windows ajar and door open and then in the next day the smell was nauseating. We had to keep the windows open to dissipate the smell. My sister also mentioned having the same smeel in her room. Staff was excellent and the grounds had several activities for kids and adults and also several options for dinning. The views of the grounds and surrounding are gorgeous. My niece had her wedding at the castle and it was like a fairy-tale.

Fun sleeping at a tower in the castle. Our teenage girls enjoyed it, even if it was a little cheesy at times. Great balcony views, clean and spacious.

O atendimento e estrutura do hotel são otimos porem o hotel estava muito cheio ( ferias escolares) e apenas um elevador nao era suficiente para todos os hospedes. A suite da torre tem uma vista e uma decoracao incrivel porem a cama poderia ser queen e a escada para o segundo andar onde fica a cama de solteiro, fazer menos barulho. Impossivel nao acordar quando a pessoa que esta na parte superior desce para usar o toalette.

Ótimo custo benefício. Piscina aquecida na cobertura, hidromassagem, parque para crianças, café da manhã normal. Pelo preço da diária no meio da semana, vale muito a pena.

Escolhemos o melhor quarto do hotel/castelo, pagamos muito caro nele e ficamos insatisfeito pelos motivos: A agua quente do chuveiro não esquentava, ficava só morna, estava muito frio e foi dificil para tomar banho devido ao frio. A banheira tambem não tinha agua quente, estava morna sendo impossivel utilizar. O quarto fica de frente para a rodovia e isso traz muito barulho para o quarto, sendo necessario dormir de protetor de ouvido porque passa carros, caminhões e onibus dia e noite, atrapalhando dormir. O secador de cabelo tambem estava queimado, tivemos que buscar outro na recepção, pois a recepção informou que levaria outro para nos e ficamos mais de 30 minutos esperando. Um detalhe muito chato é que o hotel tentou vender um pacote de viagem por 71 mil reais, é inacreditavel quando ouvi a proposta, mas é verdade, tentaram reduzir ao maximo para aceitarmos até que o vendedor informou com sarcasmo que erram no nosso perfil ao oferecer esse pacote de viagem absurdo. Fora isso, o hotem tematico é muito bonito, mas não voltaria a ficar nele tantos dias.

Um desastre!
Das 3 diarias no hotel, só um dia funcionou o aquecimento da piscina. Os demais dias disseram que ligariam mas nunca aconteceu, as criancas ficaram muito desapontadas. Ligamos o jacuzzi do quarto e saiu um cheiro horrivel e muita sujeira, desagradável.

Infelizmente o quarto que ficamos (302) tinha um mal cheiro terrível no vaso sanitário. Que não saía por nada. Quanto à piscina, não estava tão aquecida nos dias da nossa hospedagem. Além disso é importante pontuar que ela é coberta apenas em cima. As laterais são abertas. Então o frio passa. Quanto ao lazer para as crianças, não houve recreação nos dias que ficamos. Havia apenas os brinquedos do parque do Castelo. Que já não está mais como nos vídeos. Não tem roda gigante nem tobogã. Funcionado, somente dois pedalinhos e duas bicicletas. E os brinquedos de parquinho normal, escorrega, balanço e uma área com pula pula e piscina de bolinhas. Estivemos um dia em day use no Bom tempo 1 e lá sim houve recreação dirigida para as crianças. O café da manhã foi bom, com boas opções. Senti falta de queijo branco e peito de peru. Mas nada que prejudicasse. Ainda assim recomendo, pela experiência. Mas não é um local para ficar muitos dias com crianças.
