My entire experience the first time being in Brazil and in Rio I couldn’t ask for anything more the service was wonderful I love the staff there and the people of Rio are beautiful people they’re good drivers and very personable

Pró: Bem localizado, da pra conhecer o centro histórico caminhando. Contra: Higiene péssima! O quarto estava tão empoeirado que não consegui dormir, saí de lá com falta de ar e alergia atacada. Portas muito sujas, paredes com mofo, uma cortina que nem sei se um dia foi lavada. Eu não via a hora do dia clarear para eu ir embora. Não esperava um hotel 4 estrelas, imaginei que seria algo simples pelo preço, mas limpeza é o mínimo de qualidade que um estabelecimento pode oferecer!

hotel bem honesto no custo benefício, encontrei o quarto limpo e higienizado, a questão das vagas de garagem no site não estão bem claras, sugiro entrar em contato com o hotel para reservar a vaga antecipadamente, aliás o que pega é a comunicação via whatsapp, o retorno é bem demorado e o tel fixo ninguém atende, a sorte que eu tive uma pessoa que viu pessoalmente no hotel os detalhes, café da manhã simples porém saboroso, atendimento bom, solícito.

Hotel não possui elevador, ar condicionado, somente ventilador de teto e com a velocidade muito fraca, possui água quente mas o chuveiro estava com problema de direcionamento e espalhava a água. Café da manhã muito fraco, somente com pão de forma, queijo, presunto ,resfreco, café e leite. Portaria náo e a mesma da foto, esta toda branca.

Estadia péssima.
Minha estadia foi bem ruim, no primeiro quarto que ficamos a luz não estava funcionando, pediram para trocarmos de quarto. Chegando lá, o banheiro não tinha água quente e o quarto estava bem empoeirado e o chão bem sujo.

Estadia, funcionários e atendimento excelente!
Estadia, funcionários e atendimento excelente. A construção dele é totalmente diferente tudo que já vi. Muito interessante. Sugestão de melhoria : poderia ter frigobar em todos os quartos e verificar se o controle remoto da tv está ok. Os que não tem há a opção de uma geladeira compartilhada na recepção. No restante, tudo excelente. .
