Friendly and helpful staff on reception! Good location easy to walk to sights and food options around. Arrived early and was invited to check in immediately which was great! Spacious room, requested linens to make up sofa bed, would have liked a blanket instead of towels for warmth.

This a good, relatively inexpensive place to stay in downtown. Very close to Suburban station. They have free tea and coffee in the lobby. All the doors and elevators require a key card so it felt secure. Fitness center was well equipped

Good ambience and in a central location close to a lot of shops. Front Desk staff namely Dermot and Tusiear were warm, friendly, welcoming and professional. On the whole staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

Lovely hotel. I love the Club Quarters brand. Everything is taken care of. The staff are good and I love the location in the centre of Philadelphia on the amazing Chestnut Street. Highly Recommend the hotel.

Loved the service, room is very clean and loved beddings. Lots of walkable fashion stores around the hotel. But the room is very small with tiny bathroom. Chilled water with empty bottles available on each floor. Free Cappuccino machine at the lobby.
