Handled the tv issues and i loved having the coffee bar in the lobby. You cant go wrong with Bloomingdales outlet on on one side of the street and Nordstroms Off the Rack on the other corner!

Outstanding location in city center philly. Close to local transit options, restaurants, bars and anything else you could need. The staff were all excellent, and the espresso machine in the lobby was such a nice, unexpected benefit. My only recommendation would be for newer, higher-quality mattresses.

Service was excellent as soon as we entered the lobby. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and shopping within feet of the front door. Beds were very comfortable and great pillows! Loved the espresso coffee machine in the lobby and also the seltzer water on tap!

Great experience! First time in Philly. Very walkable city and this location is super central to a lot of the cool neighborhoods and historic sites. No complaints other than the alarm clock/iHome in the room being very outdated and not working as a wireless speaker and the dirty ironing board cover. Everything else was great! Those are pretty minor in my opinion. They have a filtered water station near the elevators and it was so convenient and cost-effective as well as sustainable. Would stay here again.
