You can fight at 18 but you can’t check into a hot
they would not accept the reservation because my daughter was not 21. It did not indicate that anywhere on the site. They then canceled the reservation even though my niece came who is 25 and I change the reservation under her name. They made us use a credit card. I couldn’t use my Hotels.com points and it was a very aggravating situation.

The staff were very friendly and prompt. I had a couple of issues with supplies for the room and he agreed-upon day housekeeping would tidy up the room. However, these issues were resolved once I made a phone call to the front desk. Some parts of the kitchen were not completely clean, but overall, it was a good experience.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one stands out as one of the classist! Everyone was so helpful , friendly. From beginning to end. Valet parking staff was excellent. Front desk was lovely. There was also an afternoon bonus of complimentary Bread , Cheese , Wine and beer. Can’t wait to stay here again. I highly recommend. Wish I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️

Clean and great location!
The Element has a great location in Center City, and offered complimentary breakfast which is essential when traveling with kids. The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The only drawback was the forced air conditioning system in the room. The vent blew air directly on one bed, and the room always felt either too hot or too cold.
