A lovely five bedroom home in the heart of Narberth three blocks walk to the train into Philadelphia and a variety of great restaurants and pubs. A gorgeous eat-in kitchen and living room flow out to the porch with 3 person hot tub and cold plunge. outside fire pit and Grill also on the patio. The 5 bedrooms can sleep up to 10 people one full bath on the second floor a half bath on the main floor and another half bath in the basement where the ping pong table is located.
2025 Updates...House will not be available Jan March and April 2025 during renovations to the back of the house where the first floor powder room will be rebuilt into a full bathroom for the fist floor in addition to a first floor bedroom.
So prices will be reduced for Feb 2025 for the inconvenience during construction. The main house will be separate from the construction area allowing guests to stay in comfort but will lose the use of the first floor powder room.
Pricing will be slightly higher from May forward as we have added the new first floor bedroom and full bathroom.
We have found that there is a significant demand for first floor bedroom access for individuals with limited abilities so have added this additional space for this reason.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Hidden gem just outside of Philly

The place was very comfortable. Sometimes when you stay in away from home you can tell everything is as cheap as possible. Here that wasn’t the case. The amenities were perfect for our group. We look forward to the upgrades in 2025. And will be trying to stay here for the same event every year.

Great location

Great kitchen dining area and spacious living room. Our group of six women had plenty of space to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out to catch the train into Philly. Narberth is also a cute town with its own offerings.

Wedding family stay

This was an awesome property. Rob was so easy to communicate with. The house was better even than advertised (ping pong table in the basement was much appreciated). Wish someone had brought a bathing suit to use the hot tub!
