We came in for a funeral and the first thing we see on thd outside is a dirty building we got nervous, no lights to make sure the area feel secure, check in was fine and the staff was pleasant, the lobby area was clean and up to date, The halls need a carpet clean on every floor including the bedrooms , the furniture in the bedrooms looked run down and old, our bath tub was leaking we just close the door it was too late to ask for it to be fixed. The odor on the floors was not pleasant not sure what it was, the sink was not in the bathroom which was just annoying. The beds didn't have thicks blankets only light sheets. It was 12 of us that booked and we got 3 rooms no one was happy. We have a church family here that we visit often but we now know we will not be staying here again.

The parking situation was very confusing with the ticket booth and we ended up parking closer to one of the other hotels as there wasn’t any space. The ac kicked off and on all night long making it hard to sleep The maid called at 8 am to see when we were checking out waking us up when check out wasn’t for hours

The hotel has a stuffy smell, not well maintained as far as, the elevator and hallways being vacuumed and dusted. I tried calling repeatedly the evening before our departure to get a wakeup call; no one ever answered the phone. The desk clerks who checked us in were very customer friendly.

Hotel is outdated. Lobby is nice but hallway carpets are stained and bathrooms look like they are from the 1980’s. Can see mold in some of the grout around the tiles and tubs are discolored. Not overly impressed. Front desk person was talking to someone else while checking me in. Not excellent customer service. We needed a place to stay since we were in town for a concert. Not sure I’d stay there again.

Good Choice
Excellent, friendly service. Good little restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. Very clean room with very comfortable bed (though a little high for short people). Reliable airport Transfer service. Highly recommend.

Run down hotel. Put us in the wrong type of room, and the AC was very noisy. The shuttle driver was rude, expected people to know exactly what terminal our airline was located in. Bed was comfy and the room was clean, but would not stay here again.

Clean comfortable accommodations. I used the hotel gym which was small but adequate. A cable machine of some kind would be nice in that space. Easy to access from airport shuttle.
