We found this property to be in a good location to meet our needs. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional. The facilities were clean and room was adequate with comfortable beds and bedding. The breakfast provided ample selections to meet all needs.

Traveling with my daughter who is a lax player visiting colleges and playing in tournaments, this is our fifth hotel in six weeks. By FAR the best! Friendly person at the front desk. The room was clean and didn’t smell like smoke or harsh cleaning supplies. Just smelled clean and normal! After check in I get a text from Jenny…. Welcome, how is everything? We had a nice back and forth and she’s was NOT a bot!! I asked why we were put in a handicapped room - not complaining just curious and she said that’s what Expedia booked and if we asked to switch and the hotel could accommodate they would. Good to know in the future. I wrote ‘if only you sold booze’ and she lol, and wrote there’s a Hooter’s that shares the parking lot. So yeah- not a bot. Anyway- the hotel is newly renovated, clean, COMFY beds, can’t wait for breakfast and the gentleman who checked is in was great and the follow up with Jenny was a really nice touch! We have more tournaments this Summer and we will book early and stay here for them. Thank you for getting it right!!

This was the best bang for the buck !
I throughly enjoyed the hotel from the convenient parking, cold water in the lobby and this is one of the few if any that had a balcony to enjoy the sunrise in the am. Shower was sufficient and the bed was comfortable. No loud noises in the hallway and just across the street from the King of Prussia Mall. Hooters and a Brazilian steak house next door. Walmart and supermarket across the highway. Now, if you're looking for convenience and cleanliness this is the place. Splurge for the room with the living room, 2 TV's, mini fridge, microwave and sink. It's worth it !
