While the reception clerk - Luka- was absolutely amazing, the hotel is very old snd outdated. Very small rooms and poor decor. Bathroom doesn’t have shower gel or conditioner. No lotion either:(

It was ok. The rooms are very small and congested. The beds and pillows are terrible. The double beds are small and uncomfortable. I had hard time falling sleep. There was strong smell of Marijuana on the hallway and facility premise. I saw and smelled 1 smoking outside as I was grabbing something from out after check in not sure if it’s staff or guest. The breakfast was ok but the breakfast area is very small and not a lot of hot item choice. I had to wait and squeeze through to get something to eat. Still it was not what I wanted as there was a lot people with very little room to get by.

Lots of people had dogs, which I didn't even know was allowed. I'm allergic to dogs so I kept my distance. Breakfast was simple, very standard. My wife and I were both sore from the bed after 2 nights, mattress wasn't very firm. Shower leaked water on the floor each time and toilet handle had to be wiggled a few times before it would stop running. TV is in room was definitely not high def either. Staff was nice though.

Comfortable stay
My mom and I stayed this past weekend and it was amazing. The staff were really sweet and welcoming. They didn’t clean our rooms while we were there and I think it’s because they clean the room once we check out, but if you need your room clean, you can definitely ask them.

Trash left in hallways and overall bad odor. The shower had absolutely no water pressure and took forever to get hot. Many strangers hanging around lobby after hours. Overall was not a hotel we would return to. Staff was friendly.
