The hotel was dirty. My bed was full of little hairs. They didn’t even change the sheets. After I asked for new sheets for this reason l, the person didn’t even acknowledge the fact that it wasn’t changed or cleaned properly. This hotel is disgusting and dirty. No starts at all.

Horrible

Hotel is filthy, train 100 ft away, zero service, my bathroom mirror had "help me" written on it, smoke free hotel yet the weed odor was EVERYWHERE, gang fight at 4 in the morning and had a bag full of electronics (battery packs, chords and hand warmers)stolen while we were out with zero attempt or apologies. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay was ok.

Why do hotels keep their rooms at 63 degrees? It was 39 degrees outside in Philadelphia and 63 in the room. Took me an hour to get the room warm. The line to check in was out the door. The man at the front desk put his jacket on and left the desk for about 10 minutes, which kept everyone waiting to check in. The shuttle ride to the airport the next morning was on time and the gentleman was very cordial.

Check in took forever at 9pm. The room itself wasn’t horrible but definitely not great. The toilet kept running and took forever until we could actually flush it again. The shower made a loud obnoxious noise while running.

Reeked of cigarette smoke, the smell only attempted to be masked by air fresheners. Dirty. Carpets not cleaned in ages. Shower curtain had some blood and stains on it, as did the bathroom floors. The pictures of the property are misleading.
