They did not have a room for me.. They ruined my evening plans. Not one person called me and warn me. I STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES. BRITTNEY WAS HORRIBLE . LASHONDA IS AMAZING AND THE ONLY PERSONBEORTH OF WMPLOYMENT THERE...I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I COMPLAINED WITH AN EMAIL ABOUT GLASS ON THE BED..SMOKE ODOR AND CAT PEE ODOR IN A PREVIOUS STAY VIA EMAIL.. I DON'T think Mr Guatemala reads emails. I think they come to a generalized inbox amd they are filtered. Not a good show at this place.. They gave me a do not rent status and tool my money... I was my koney back... and a call...
