Don’t endure their renovations
They are renovating a former Motel 6 so, lower your expectations. Probably will attain just below average once finished renovating. Don’t ever get a room by the back door unless you are planning on staying up all night. Burn holes in bedspread was apparently known by the front desk clerk. Just find some place else

I am a travel nurse that has been staying in hotel for a month they would not waive a $20 charge because I chose a smoking room not non smoking that I was staying in. I did not say anythnig about the large cockroach I saw in my room the other night.

Roaches and Water Damage
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, many of which are far from fancy, but this is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I tried to give the owners the benefit of the doubt since they were obviously trying to make repairs on a property that is long past its prime, but the presence of multiple cockroaches in our room was the final straw. Our ceiling looked as if it might collapse at any moment due to the severe water damage. The door in the bathroom had a giant hole and didn't close properly. The light by the door didn't work and the TV only worked if the remote was pointing from a very specific angle (and sometimes not even then).
