This is a historic hotel in the waterfront district with loads of old charm. The rooms are simple, but clean and spacious, especially for a city hotel. I really liked the hardwood floors. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy. There are lots of little coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We really liked Cuor di Caffe - excellent coffee and bites. This hotel is walkable to many of the major Philly sites and is walkable to public transportation. We enjoyed our weekend stay very much.

Great old school hotel. I loved the brick and furniture in each room. It’s so close to great bars and restaurants very walkable. Everyone was really nice the restaurant was priced extremely well for the high quality of food and service. I would definitely stay here again
