Our stay was great. Had a very minor inconvenience because I ordered a little treat for my child’s birthday and it was not in the room but they promptly brought it when I called. Staff was great and helpful. The pillows were a bit messy but seemed clean.

The bar was used as the restaurant for New Years. We were asked to give a credit card prior to receiving our food. They said it was because people walk out on the bill. So I watched to see if others were pulling out their credit card. I said if you require for one then require for all. I suggested that they change that policy to the restaurant manager and with a smirk he said “I don’t think they will ever change that policy.” I’m ok with not going back. The food was not good, it was expensive and wasn’t cooked all the way through. They have plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. Hotel was excellent.

Great location, but not a great stay
Only one person at front desk and waited 45 min to check in. The person next door to me kept the tv on all night so barely slept bc the sound was so loud. Need better sound proofing. My TV in room would turn on and show guide but wouldn’t play any shows.

Huge hotel . Waited in line for 1 hour to check in . Won’t pick this hotel again . Only 3 customer service assistants? It’s convenient. Small walk to China town , reading terminal but a lot of hotels in center city is a walkable distance too.

Stayed in the tower. The room was nice and pretty large. As a Bonvoy member, we were given a complimentary early check in and late check out. The front desk personnel we encountered was very kind and accommodating.
